Password Verification

Is it just me, but is it almost impossible lately to read and type in the code that a website gives you when you forget your password? Who writes these codes? They're always a series of smashed together letters, some capitalized and some not, and then they usually throw a number or two in there. I honestly think that whoever creates those codes is fucking with us, I really do. I mean what a joke, put a bunch of illegible numbers and letters together, and then sprawl them across the screen, so you can't even read them in a straight line! And then you inevitably start to feel stupid because you can't make out a couple of numbers and letters on a screen, and then you start wondering if maybe you need to go to the eye doctor...Is my vision blurred? Why am I seeing things in double? The questions/concerns go on and on in my mind until finally I crack that damn code. And I'll be honest folks, I've never got it right the first time, so if you're one of those people who has or does, please let me in on the secret!
